Kevin Ruelas

President & CEO

Kevin Ruelas, President and CEO, spun out Defense and Government Solutions (DGS) from Syndetix to focus on services. He is a 35 year veteran of the defense industry and is a former U.S. Army Infantry officer and disabled veteran. Previously, he ran defense companies from $6 million to $1.4 billion in sales around the world.

John Bricker

Executive Vice President & CFO

John Bricker, Executive Vice President & CFO at DGS, brings 30+ years of work in the defense industry. He is a seasoned senior sales, operations, and finance leader serving in organizations ranging from initial funding start-ups to those over $2B in market cap size. He also has an extensive mergers and acquisition background completing over 20 transactions within the Aerospace and Defense Industry. John is a disabled veteran and former operator serving within both U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) and U.S. Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance special operations units. He also earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
